I start off with some almond milk and any type of frozen fruit blend! I really enjoy mixed berries or a tropical mix. I’ll put in some fresh-cut fruit or a banana to switch up the flavor.
Next, I add a few teaspoons of cinnamon and ground ginger. They add a little extra flavor, plus they both have beneficial properties.
I put on the blender and by the time I put all the ingredients back where they belong, the smoothie is ready!
It’s such an effortless breakfast! I always have just enough time to make a smoothie and get to work. I never worry about not being able to have time for breakfast.
