On some mornings, I start work at 6:00am or 8:00am & I need a quick breakfast to get me going! I find that a smoothie is the most time efficient thing to make. My NutriBullet gets the job done in less than a minute, blending up the perfect serving size! Here’s how I make my favorite smoothie.
My NutriBullet is the perfect size for storage is the clean-up is quick + easy; I absolutely love it!
I start off with some almond milk and any type of frozen fruit blend! I really enjoy mixed berries or a tropical mix. I’ll put in some fresh-cut fruit or a banana to switch up the flavor.
Next, I add a few teaspoons of cinnamon and ground ginger. They add a little extra flavor, plus they both have beneficial properties.
I put on the blender and by the time I put all the ingredients back where they belong, the smoothie is ready!
It’s such an effortless breakfast! I always have just enough time to make a smoothie and get to work. I never worry about not being able to have time for breakfast.

What is the consistency like? It sounds so simple & delish! My smoothies always turn out terribly lol.

It’s very smooth and not too thick – I can drink it through a metal straw. It took some trial and error to find the flavors I like!

I love making smoothies because they are such a good way to get in your 5 a day! I hate putting bananas in smoothies though because they always make the smoothie thicker. My favourite thing would be honey for sweetness and strawberries. xx

I like sweet drinks cue the honey – I find smoothies to be a bit too sour with all the fruit.

Looks great! My go-to smoothie right now is: Almond milk, spinach (you can’t taste it), plain greek yogurt, half a frozen banana, frozen mango,honey and almond butter
